I'm a Creative Business Operations Manager, which means I'm who you call when you're drowning in your own business and too embarrassed to admit it out loud.
I've spent over a decade in the creative and events world. Long enough to watch incredibly talented people burn out because they're spending more time managing their business than actually doing the work they built it for.
I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to juggle client communication, workflows, systems, scheduling, content, and all the never-ending admin tasks that keep your business running. I built Taylor Brooke Creative Solutions because creative entrepreneurs deserve to work in their zone, not drown in operations.
Today, I support photographers, videographers, calligraphers, and other creative small businesses with operations management, systems setup, client communication, project coordination, strategy, and monthly business management.
