I care a lot about client experience. As a virtual assistant, my job is to lighten your load, but I seek to be a holistic asset to your team.
I talk to you––a lot.
Communication is my number one priority with my clients. For one, I set up a dedicated Slack channel for every client to help us communicate daily. I love keeping all my client communications in one place, making it easy to keep track of everyone’s needs. I also meet regularly with clients through video calls, allowing me to not only touch base but also collaborate and brainstorm with you.

Because I am a virtual assistant, prioritizing connection is particularly important—both for myself and the client. I care a lot about building and maintaining relationships, so I strive to be a cheerleader and true business partner for you. I love to check in consistently with clients – most on a daily basis – whether or not I’m actively working on tasks for you. I want to know how you’re doing, how business is going, and if there is anything you are struggling with. I want my clients to feel cared for – because I have your back.
I provide clear expectations.
As my client, you’ll always know what to expect from me. I handle day-to-day administrative tasks within 24–48 hours and provide a clear blueprint for longer-term projects. For every project, I collaborate with you to set shared goals, define our individual tasks, and establish a timeline. I want you to be able to envision the full scope of the project from start to finish. You can trust that I’ll keep you updated as needed—and if I ever need more time, I’ll let you know right away.

As your virtual assistant, I do more than complete tasks. I want to be an active part of your business, helping you solve problems and plan for the future.
I love learning the ins and outs of your business so I can contribute ideas and recommendations. Once I understand how a business works, I can help create new systems or improve existing ones. Looking for software to manage leads? I have a go-to. Need a spreadsheet template for managing projects? I’m your girl. I actively pursue opportunities to learn new things, and I build a repertoire of tools and resources I can share with you. If there’s a way to save you time and money, I’m on it.

Sometimes a client will have an idea, but not know how to execute it. I will work with you to define your ideas and turn them into actionable goals. Sometimes it’s like a puzzle figuring out how we’re going to do something, but I love the process of discovery and figuring out how all the pieces fit.
I’m here to help, but I’m also here to invest in your long-term success. You can expect me to provide active value to your business, not only taking things off your plate but also lifting up your overall vision.
